Privacy policy

Who we are
KanjiBorn is operated by Bridge of En(縁の橋), a destiny-reading studio of ENTCA Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan. For anything in this policy, write to contact@entca.co.jp.
The free card: nothing personal is stored
When you create a free card, your name and birthday are processed in memory to compute the result and are not saved. What remains is anonymous: a count of visits, saves and shares, the browser language, and a random session number. None of it identifies you.
Reserving a full reading
If you reserve a full reading, we store your email address, first name and date of birth — because the reader needs them to write your reading and to reach you. That is the only purpose. We keep them until the reading is delivered and our correspondence ends, or until you ask us to delete them. If you order the printed edition, your postal address is collected by our payment processor and used only for shipping.
What we never do
No advertising, no third-party trackers, no analytics scripts, no sale or sharing of your data. The site sets no cookies; it stores only your language choice in your own browser.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own server in Japan and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to the people who write and deliver the readings.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, and we will show it, correct it or delete it — one email to contact@entca.co.jp is enough. If you are in the EU, this includes your rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes — for example when card payment is introduced — the new version appears on this page with a new date.
